The Sanctuary Learning Academy offer a blended approach to learning and development, using e-learning, face to face training and observation and evaluation.

Utilising your previous experience of working within the adult social care industry, and working within the regulatory framework, you will be skilled at identifying learning needs and evaluating learning and development programmes through observation and feedback.

You will support 4 homes in Westminster ensuring that staffs have access to on-going skills development, as required for the care sector and working within Sanctuary Care. You will need to be hard working, have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team, and solely, whilst being remotely managed.

Communication and organisational skills are therefore essential as you will work closely with people at all levels of the organisation, to ensure cost effective training is delivered appropriately and consistently, tailoring learning solutions and services to meet a wide variety of needs. Use of Microsoft Office including Teams and Zoom would be advantageous.

You will ideally hold a certificate in teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector, CIPD certificate in training practice or have recent experience working in a similar role. Strong computer skills and experience of working to challenging deadlines are essential for success in this role.

Trinity College will own two 25 seat buses from the start of the 2018 school year. These buses will be used to transport Trinity College students to various school related events and locations, during the school day, into the evening and potentially weekends.

The bus driver reports to the Bus Co-ordinator on all the daily operations of the bus service provided to students at the School. As a bus driver, it is your responsibility to check the oil, water and tyres on a daily basis. It is also your responsibility to fuel your bus and ensure that the interior and exterior of the bus is kept clean.

Each bus is supplied with a mobile telephone for contact about arrangements for excursions and any changes that might need to be made.

The College has not had such buses available in the past and so usage is likely to grow over the course of the year. Work hours will vary as a consequence. All shifts are casual and it is expected that the driver should know at least the day before what the hours on the next day will be.
