Description:
This is a fulltime, permanent position based within our Roseworthy Branch at our retail parts counter. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and teamwork skills and high-level customer service.
A day in the life
- Phone and face-to-face retail parts sales
- Internal sales to service and sales departments
- Order processing including picking, packing and distribution
- Actively follow up on customer quotations and backorders
- Maintain accurate customer and equipment information
- Keep customers informed of new parts, services available, and dealer merchandising programs
- Stock control and stock taking duties
- Competitive base hourly rate, plus overtime, penalties and super

Essential
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both over the phone and face-to-face
- Ability to work flexibly between team and autonomously
- Willing to learn and able to demonstrate a high level of commitment and drive
- Ability to solve problems and develop innovative solutions
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Broad understanding of farm production methods
- Experience in EQUIP and strong computer skills, including Microsoft office
- Forklift licence preferred
