Description:
This is a fulltime, permanent position based within our Roseworthy Branch at our retail parts counter. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and teamwork skills and high-level customer service.

A day in the life

• Phone and face-to-face retail parts sales
• Internal sales to service and sales departments
• Order processing including picking, packing and distribution
• Actively follow up on customer quotations and backorders
• Maintain accurate customer and equipment information
• Keep customers informed of new parts, services available, and dealer merchandising programs
• Stock control and stock taking duties

• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both over the phone and face-to-face
• Ability to work flexibly between team and autonomously
• Willing to learn and able to demonstrate a high level of commitment and drive
• Ability to solve problems and develop innovative solutions
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia

• Broad understanding of farm production methods
• Experience in EQUIP and strong computer skills, including Microsoft office
• Forklift licence preferred
