Due to our continued growth,Ray White Gawler / Willastonare looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for Real Estate to join the team and become Sales Associates.

The Role...

As our new Sales Associate you will be working in a supportive positive team environment with a fantastic company culture. You will learn all the skills and knowledge you need while you gain the necessary experience to become a top performing agent. All the best industry training resources will be made available to you and you will also be sent to training seminars to learn from the best coaches in the country. We adopt the latest technologies, best practices, efficient systems and professional marketing so you have everything you need to set you up for success. This is an 18 month to 24 month on the job training program, transitioning you into a stellar solo career as a Real Estate Agent for life. What better way to start your real estate career than to get paid to learn first-hand from the best in the business.

Your initial day-to-day activities will initially include:

• Client prospecting;
• Gathering market intelligence;
• Assisting in developing marketing materials;
• Assisting with digital marketing;
• Handling prospective buyer enquiries;
• Conducting pre-settlement inspections;
• Pre & post appraisal follow-up;
• Networking;
• Assisting with open homes and inspections;
• Database management;
• Opportunities to assist with home appraisals;
• Opportunities to assist with listing properties for sale; and
• General administration.

Designed to set you up for a career with unlimited earning potential, after your Sales Associate training program you will have an amazing understanding of the entire sales process, master your skills in marketing, negotiation, handling objections, conducting excellent listing presentations and learn the art of real estate sales.

As you develop and display increasing competence in these areas your responsibilities will evolve, resulting in you becoming a fully-fledged Agent. In the years ahead, you may well become the Agent who mentors a new-starter!

Essential criteria...

• Hold a current drivers licence & have a good reliable car;
• Be highly ambitious, with a strong work ethic and a competitive nature;
• Be confident, vibrant and have a personable and likeable personality;
• Immaculate grooming and excellent professional presentation;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus;
• Accuracy and attention to detail in your work;
• Ability to prioritise, organise and work to specific deadlines;
• Well developed computer skills;
• Be able to learn quickly, multi-task and manage your workload;
• Willing to undertake a police check; and
• Be willing to obtain Certificate IV in Property Services and obtain a real estate licence.
