We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Quality Assurance personnel to fulfil the role of Quality Assurance Manager with an iconic Food Producer based in the Barossa Valley.

As QA Manager you will be leading the QA team to ensure the Quality and Food Safety Program is up to date and best practice is being applied in implementing the program across all aspects of production.

Your prime responsibilities will include:

• ensuring all food produced adheres to the Quality and Food safety Programs high standards at all times
• ensuring the business maintains accreditation's, including HAP and SQF
• ensure all audits are planned for and executed with minimal minor or major non-confirmances and to reduce non-conformances that may exist from previous audits
• overseeing stock reviews to ensure best practice in moving product through
• reporting on QA metrics as required by the business and prepare reports as required
• working collaboratively and practically with all departments in problem solving as issues arise
• ensure all QA team members comply with Quality and Company policies and procedures at all times
• maintaining and reinforcing a culture of excellence and best practice within the QA team.
